We work by appointment. You will know who is in your house and what happens next.

Consult
Call or send the form. We talk through the job, pick a time, and come see the house.

Measure
We measure, look at what is behind the finish, and send a written estimate. Nothing starts until you say so.

Build
We work the days we set. Plumbing and electrical are licensed subcontractors on our schedule — not people you have to go find.

Walkthrough
We walk the job with you, mark what still needs a pass, and do not call it finished until you have seen it.
